What can you do with body jewelry you can no longer wear?

Over the years I have amassed a large collection of body jewelry, most of which I can no longer wear. I would like to get rid of the majority of it, but cannot sell it through the various auction/marketplace sites (for obvious reasons). Does anyone have any suggestions for ways to unload used body jewelry and possibly make some cash at the same time?

Sell it on eBay so that you can get lots of money for it. People on eBay will pay lots of money for stuff like that. But before you give it to someone else, make sure you wash it a bunch of times to get all the germs off.

What's a good site online (other than ebay) where I can get body jewelry for a decent price? Every site I've found sells jewelry for the same price I could buy it at in stores, sometimes more.

Looking for a good way to sanitize body jewelry?

I have been boiling my body jewelry to kill the germs and what not on them.... is this an effect way to sanitize them?
my tongue rings are what I'm really looking to sanitize, I've read online that Rubbing alcohol could break the acrylic balls

i am looking for ways to clean my jewelry from body piercings?

I have some custom body jewelry that i would like to give a thorough cleaning and steralization to, but want to make sure when I put it back in it will not be harmful to me because I have them in many "sensitive" places. Any suggestions?

Bring them to your piercer or some other reputable parlor that has an autoclave machine and ask them to autoclave it. I believe that you can do this with any kind of metal. I'm assuming these aren't wooden gauges or something if you're putting them in many "sensitive" place.
