Luxury and Jewelry

I am trying to learn how to make those beautiful broken china jewelry pieces you see at flea markets and street fairs.. myself!!

The artists use drills, grinders and files designed purposely to grind hard material. A Dremel drilling-grinding tool set. You should be able to get most of the tools at Harbor Freight. You’ll need a set of pliers, wire cutters, a small vise, a ball-peen hammer and a heavy hammer. Get some good safety goggles, a filter mask and some work gloves.

Be very careful to observe all safe working conditions. Protect your eyes and lungs.

I need to find a jewelry store in Noblesville, IN that sells a heart necklace that is $50 or less and would be appropriate to give to my 14 year old girlfriend. Any ideas where I could find one, or for that matter, what one I should get??? Please help.

I was in Albuquerque, New Mexico last Feb. and fell in love with one of the neckalces on these giant bill boards posted around the city. It was around Valentine's day, so they were everywhere. The store had sold out of the necklace I wanted, but said they'd be getting more in and gave me a card. I lost the card. Go figure. I need to know the name of the store, and if they still have those necklaces. To the best of my memory, there was a gold chain with a neat heart pendant.

Try "Mati" - That's the first one that pops to mind when you say billboard. They make custom jewelry, they are usually larger pieces using more obscure stones.

I'm trying to think of who else advertises jewelry on the billboards - Gertrude Zachary maybe... or Silverman's -

Was the billboard necklace specific to Valentine's day? I seem to remember Butterfield's having "unique heart" something or other.. but they're mostly diamonds...
