It all depends on what type of mounting you are talking about. You can get cheaper Sterling Silver Mountings at some jewelers for as little as $25 and then go can go up and up and up to gold and platinum. Good luck!!!

So I just purchased some beautiful loose gemstones and want to have them mounted into pendants, rings , etc. Where can I get this done? Can I get it done at a regular jewelry store? How much does it usually go for?

I can't tell you how much it would cost to PAY to get stones mounted.But one of my suppliers tells you how to "do it yourself"

We are getting me a new wedding set and are buying a diamond then a mount. what national stores sell ring mounts? possibly looking for a platinum mount or one with at least a platinum head mount.
We wont go to Zales, they will not give you the lifetime warranty on the person, only the ring. if you go to helzburg or kay's the warranty is on the lifetime of the ring. So if we pass it down to our children the warranty can be transfered.

Go to a jeweler or call and ask.
